Freshly Made Sketch 304

Red, black and white were on my mind when I came to this sketch for Freshly Made Sketches. (Next blog post features those colors, too.)  Swiss dots in an embossing folder added basic texture to the black layer, and a lined folder did the same for the red band.  The flower in the circle is an old stamp -- at least 12 years old -- from ATRS. I added a tiny sentiment from Hero Arts and some red jewels.

Gorgeous card!!! The red, black and white is such an elegant color combo, and I love all of the texture you added to the background panels!

Beautiful and so simple, but sometimes those are the most difficult. It's great to bring out the old stamps, and when you're loving a color combo and have a good sketch to go with it... even better!
