There's just something about a tag....and some flourishes. On
Theme Thursday this week, the challenge is to create with a flourish. I've chosen one of those famous shipping tags, my favorite color family of Distress Inks (Broken China, Faded Jeans, and Dusty Concord), and a big flourish, a Philosophy tag, and other images, all from Tim Holtz, to accent the collage images from Digital Collage Sheets. (The collage images were adhered with the tape transfer technique.)
