Color Throwdown 578

What a pretty color palette for Color Throwdown , and the illustration is even prettier!  

I tend to overloaded with floral images and sentiments, but more recently I purchased 3 Unity stamps featuring women.  "Poppy Girl" seemed just right for this group of colors. 

Sunday Stamps and a Color Palette

When I first saw this palette for Sunday Stamps, I could differentiate the colors beyond the "reds." It was only when I looked at the designer cards that I could see the robin egg blue.  I found this great Penny Black cling image with poppies just perfect for shades of red. I painted with Distress Inks.
