Snowflakes

Wednesday Stamper's theme is "Snowflakes" this week. I've used paper with a snowflake print, stamped and embossed snowflake images and some punched snowflakes, all to frame a vintage Christmas angel.

Colors of Christmas .... Tag it On

"Colors for Christmas" is the theme for the Tag it On challenge this week.   I colored my tag with Distress Inks: Dusty Concord, Faded Jeans, and Broken China.  The images are from Tim Holtz, accented with Blueberry Ice Stickles.  The star was created with gold Stickles.

Wednesday Stamper... Flowers

"Flowers" ...the theme for Wednesday Stamper.  The challenge is to create a piece that includes at least one stamp.  This beautiful poppy paper was designed by Tim Coffey for K&Co's Blossomwood line.  The sentiment and flourishes are stamped.

Tim Holtz for Wednesday Stamper

Wednesday Stamper is recognizing Tim Holtz this week, and I always think of watercolor distress on a manila tag when I think of Tim.  Some of his images and a key from his IdeaOlogy line complete the look.   All the images are from a sheet of Tim's clear stamps.

TREES --- Wednesday Stamper

"Trees" will be featured on Wednesday Stamper this week, and my entry for the challenge is really quite simple.  My collection of printed paper and cardstock grows and grows, so I'm now determined to use it as often as I can.  These pieces come from a 12x12 pad of "La Creme" in beautiful creamy yellow and black.   The image is "Lone Tree" from Paperbag Studios, stamped on dotted paper and backed with a heavily flocked print. 

Wednesday Stamper ---Turquoise and Red

This card is quite different from what I see on challenge blogs, but the idea came to me late at night. I have two giant shoe stamps and this one worked well with paper piecing for the turquoise. The shoes glisten with new Rock Candy Distress Stickles and turquoise jewels. See the other turquoise and red creations at Wednesday Stamper. (The card looks pink in the photo, but it's red.)

Wednesday Stamper .... Dogs

"Man's best friend" is the theme of Wednesday Stamper this week. http://wednesdaystamper.wordpress.com/ Personally, I don't own a dog, but I know people who consider their canine friends part of the family. This little girl on my 4x4 piece certainly loves her big friend.
