Wheeling along with The Three Muses

It's "Wheel" as the theme on The Three Muses this week; my crazy clowns are framing bicycle wheels and quotes to go with them.

Meeting the challenge for Three Muses

"Doors" are appearing on the Three Muses blog this week, and I haven't participated in one of their challenges for quite some time.  My scene was an enjoyable process for me today; there are no digital images--everything was cut and pasted-- but the final piece was manipulated with the artistic filter, 'poster edges,'  on Adobe Elements to  bring it all together.

The cathedral door is a photograph I found online; the woman is a free image from Magic Moonlight and the perfume bottles are freebies from Artsy Fartsy's Flickr site.   I stamped and embossed the leaves and then applied an edge around the whole piece with a metallic gold pen.

Numerology at Three Muses

"Numerology" is the theme on Three Muses this week. I don't think I did justice to Dezina World's fabulous images, but I do love the purple! The tag is covered in heavy foil and embossed with numbers, which were then colored with alcohol inks.

A Pocket for Three Muses

I have only one stamp with a hand, strange as it is. The tag was something I had started and decided against using, so I put the two together for the theme.
