For the Freshly Made Sketch, I was able to use a small remainder of a patterned paper that I really like.
I cut the circle in a piece of dry-embossed cardstock, and then attached the patterned paper underneath. I added adhesive dots for accents. For the smaller shapes, I dug out an old punch.

Perfect use of the sketch with some nice items from your stash. I love when it comes together like this. A flower punch like yours would be really handy for accents. In this case they worked beautifully for the extra circle elements.
