For the Colours and Sketches Challenge #298, I chose a piece of designer paper from "Color Burst Splash" from Ken Oliver of Color Burst fame. The image is "reverie" from Penny Black, with all the dots painted with white opal Liquid Pearls. The sentiment is an old one from Hero Arts.
