Color Throwdown with Watercolors

Some color combos don't work well for me, but this one is great!  The Color Throwdown challenge is aqua, orange, and gray.  I applied orange and aqua watercolors to paper and then die cut the spikey flower and leaves.  I then die cut the shape from the card layer to insert the colorful die cut.  Dry embossing adds texture to the layer, which was then bordered in gray to match the die cut. Enamel dots add some more color.

This is the softest, most lovely combination of blue and orange. It's a combination I've always loved, but now especially with the way the gray tones it down. Looks fantastic, Evelyn. You have quite an interesting collection of bottles and vases, too.
