Less is More with One Layer of Colored Cardstock

Many cardmakers groan when a one-layer card is the requirement.  This particular challenge requires a colored card base.

I chose a Gina K stamp set for this Less is More card, and added just a bit of texture with some scoring.  The butterfly has been accented with glitter glue, which photographs gold but is iridescent green IRL.

One layer gorgeousness! Love the color you chose. The score lines add a nice bit of texture and design to your one layer card, and the glitter looks like tiny lights shining on the butterfly.

Super card Evelyn. Love the vibrant card base - it is perfect for a pretty butterfly image. The added texture and the pops of glitter on the butterfly wings are great finishing touches. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More xx
