Less is More with a lot of Shimmer

This week's Less is More challenge is to create a CAS card that "shimmers."  For my card, I painted the sunflower image (Inkadinkado) with Yasutomo pearlescent watercolors and finished the card front off with a spray of Glimmer Mist Iridescent Gold. The trick then was to capture the shimmer on camera. (The closeup makes the image look a little "rougher" than it is IRL.)  The Roethke quote is a stamp from Rubber Soul.

Wow! You are rocking the shimmer! I love the effect, so luxurious and pretty. That's a fab stamp too, and the sentiment is so meaningful. A super card. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)

Oooh, shimmer, how I love thee! Beautiful stamp and quote. I like the rough look, even if it's only in the photo.
