A New Challenge -- Flowers

A new challenge blog is now available:  The Flower Challenge. The first  is "Anything Goes." So here goes.

The Penny Black poppies were heat-embossed in white and colored with Distress markers (Barn Door and Peeled Paint) and a paintbrush. I no longer have the ID for the sentiment because I threw away the packaging except for the acetate sheet with the cling stamps.

HI, Evelyn,
You constantly amaze me with what you keep posting. I thought I knew every PB stamp and here you go..stamping with a beautiful poppy. I love what you did with this. Elegant and amazing. Thanks for listing the colors. Would have had no idea what they were.
Then the lilac one below. Again, excellent use of off-centered spacing.
Aren't the colorbursts fun?? You have shown what you can do with them without having to color the whole paper.
Great job, too, on this.

Hurricane--good thing I am on the west coast.I imagine there will be lots of flooding. Haven't heard from my sisters in SC yet, but I know 2 would have had to evacuate from the beach area.

Ohhhh, beautiful! Love the watercoloring with white embossing, and I just love a CAS card with a colored image. Second new challenge blog I've heard of today. The other is CAS Watercolor, which you might also like. This card would be perfect for it. I hope to play along in both.
