Linda of Studio L3 has chosen "Colorful Layered Fragments" from Tim's Compendium of Curiosities this week. I hope it's the last Curiosity that requires Fragments, because I've now exhausted my limited supply.
My approach to Tim's technique is an adaptation of sorts; the painting is more of a background color for parts of a collage stamp image. I have one refillable alcohol ink pen, but I've never used it. Instead, I used Copic pens.

Hi Evelyn! What a great way to use these lovely Fragments. I love the collage effect, and the Copics worked perfectly to color the images. The sentiment is fabulous!
You did a beautiful job of incorporating your Fragments into your stamp/tag. Really lovely tag!
Beautiful tag!
Perfect balance and color on this tag and fragment! Ha, I only have 1 unused pen also (but no Copic's)
