An older tag of Tim's

"Tag" is Theme Thursday's challenge this week.   Somewhere in my mess, I found a printout of a tag Tim Holtz did in a previous year.  His featured a snowman, but I decided on the reindeer, which was stamped, embossed and cut out of grungeboard.   I have all the supplies for this tag...unlike the tags that Tim did this year.   The most difficult part:  getting the grungeboard pieces to adhere to the crackle finish of the tag.  I used glue dot, foam dots, and finally resorted to Glossy Accents on the foam dots, with a weight on top overnight.

I just love the colours Evelyn, and your reindeer looks fantastic on the Tag, the one I made this year of a similar ilk, was not as impressive.

I love all your tags. I'm a digital scrapper but I'm wanting to have a go at chipboard paper albums just now. Thanks for looking in on my blog. I'll be back.

Your tag is beautiful, Evelyn. There are a lot of times when I have adhering two different finishes together. Usually the glue dots hold. Glad to hear how you solved this one.
