Inspiration from home for a tag

Louise has challenged Tag Tuesday followers to create a tag inspired by "something from home." Her own tag was inspired by a wall hanging.   I chose a painting on canvas that we're 'storing' for our oldest son, who moved to New York more than 4 years ago.  He owns 5 very large canvases that were painted by a 'tagger' who took up art he could sell.   This particular 2x4 ft.one is on the wall beside my bed; for some reason, I rarely think of the 'alien' creature it seems to be, probably because I love the colors and the gold foil.

Brilliant replica, I had to look hard to see which one was the tag!

Wow, your tag is a fabulous interpretation of your art piece! Beautiful job! Thanks for visiting me... I have also had little time for blurfing, but I'm trying to get caught up these next few days. Take care :)
