There are so many wonderful artists who contribute to
Sunday Postcard Art, and I usually just admire the work without participating. However, I decided to try the "Mermaid" challenge this week. My postcard is a combination of rubber stamping and watercolor marker "wash." (Combination of Hearts in Touch and Third Coast stamps)
