Shar posted a fascinating technique she found in Stamp Crafter magazine; it's called "Distressed Couture," and involves spritzed Distress Inks on glossy cardstock. I discovered that I need a more solid stamp, but I have very few of those. Because my central image has the same colors as the background, I inked the edges after cutting it out. This is definitely a technique that I will try again.
