It's That Time of Year

I don't send Halloween cards, and I rarely send even autumn cards...but I made some pumpkin ones today.   The "squash"  trio was created with three different stamps and some bleach in an aqua painter.  I'll use the card for a  member of our church congregation.  The delicate pumpkin diecut is fun to use two ways: light-colored diecut on a dark background or a dark diecut on light background.

Sunday Stamps -- Tuesday Mailing, too

It's been almost a month since I've posted....a week in New York and the before and after has taken all my time.

Today's cards are doing double duty; I've chosen this week's Sunday Stamps Sketch for my weekly Tuesday mailing to two friends.

I chose vibrant sunflower paper from Graphic 45's French Country line and accented it with one of the sunflowers cut from the background and the pretty new "Hello" die from Penny Black.

Tuesday Mailing

Each Tuesday, I mail cards to two friends; sometimes, the cards are different and other times, they are the same.  The ones for this week are a CASE of a card I found on Pinterest and tracked back to Splitcoaststampers --Jackie Jerke.  It's a great way to use one of many leaf stamps I have, as well as some pretty Distress Inks.
