Oh, how lovely, Evelyn, great take on our colors - I think you stretched just fine! This makes for a calm and loving sympathy card, and I LOVE those dots! Thanks so much for playing at Sunday Stamps!
This card turned out beautifully. Awesome how you can take paper, add your die cut, and dots..and have a beautiful card. Love it. With my sad news, I could use a sympathy. One of my brothers-in law--about 63, 10 yrs younger than my sister, has had pancreatic cancer for about 2 yrs now. This past 6 months, has taken a turn for worse. Had 3 mini strokes, can't walk or hold up arm or see well, and now has fluid in lungs and abdomen..plus adrenal cancer...will see doctor today on decisions. I feel so bad since he has said all along that he wants to live. They visited here in Nov. He was weak but holding on then. We were optimistic then.
I'm glad you stepped out of your comfort zone! I love that distressed background paper which works so well for this challenge. Thanks for joining Sunday Stamps this week.

These are good colors for a masculine and/or sympathy card. You stepped out beautifully, Evelyn!
What a beautiful sympathy card. They are always so hard to create, but this is so pretty. SO happy you joined us at Sunday Stamps!
