Is it really Autumn?

I couldn't believe that I was pulling out an autumn leaf stamp!   It's only the first week of September, and in my mind, should  be July or August!  I do love many of my autumn leaf stamps, and this Unity image is a favorite and a good choice for the CAS Mix Up.   I stamped in black on watercolor paper and heat-embossed with clear EP.  The size of the image determined the square card.

Then I watercolored with Komorebi paints in a 40-pan Mozart tin.

This would be one of my favorite leaf stamps, too! I love all things with a whimsical or unexpected flair to them. The sentiment speaks the truth, too. Evelyn, it's good to see your card in our CAS Mix Up Challenge!

I agree--is it time? Our leaves are falling and are beautiful colors. Yet..we are still quite hot in the afternoon.
I am looking for simple cards..This fits my looking. I love the color choice and the fact you embossed in black. I have been sticking to white lately but this is awesome.
Going down to my workroom to get started!!! Thanks for the inspiration since this came just at the right time I was staring.

Beautiful stamped and watercolored Autumn Leaf with all the detailing inside the stamp. Reminds me of the Zintangle technique. Such a wonderful stamp, Evelyn. Love your square CAS format and very true sentiment too. TFS my friend. Love and Hugs...Nancy
