I love bold sentiments, and dies have made them very easy! This Simon Says Stamp die is one of my new favorites, perfect for this Sunday Stamps challenge. I liked the idea of creating a slimline card, too.
My plan was to cut the sentiment out of the black and white buffalo plaid paper....but that didn't work at all. I already had a layer of black paper on the card front, so it was natural to do the same with the plaid. The sentiment needed a contrasting background and the front of the card needed some accents around the sentiment. Mission accomplished.
