My Covid 19 Cards

I stay relatively active on Instagram and when the quarantines, social distancing and fear descended upon us, I decided to try to make a card every day....if this lasts as long some experts predict, I might have to make a card every other day!

My first three cards:

This card was made with our oldest son and his wife in mind; they are "sheltered" in their fourth floor apartment in Brooklyn.   This stamp of New York is from Technique Junkies, a stamp I've had for two or three years but never inked until now.  And the watercoloring is a total CASE of Shelly Schmidt's card.  (Thank you, Shelly....although she may never see this!)

I didn't realize you were making a card a day, but I haven't been very good about checking Instagram lately. Saw the first one, though, and that's the best sentiment ever for our current situation. Your second card is soooo pretty with the white embossing on blue, and the third couldn't be more perfect. I love that one, including your watercoloring. I wouldn't want to be stuck in an apartment. I commend you for doing a card a day. I haven't done as well.

Your kindness reminds me when you did a card a day for your sick friend.
Great idea to keep you occupied. I will get inspiration from you since I have 2 of those stamps.
How are you coping with your health?
Hope you are being safe.
My hands are definitely cleaner now.
Take care.

TFS your thoughtful filled with love cards, Evelyn. Your designs are beautiful and sentiments perfect for these difficult times. I have 5 cards ready to mail tomorrow. There is so much to read online about the world wide crisis that I have not been in the mood to create, but have been walking everyday. Sure miss our 4 times a week fitness classes, but so thankful we live in the country so plenty to do outside with Spring cleanup and in a month or so our garden will be getting planted. Hope you are feeling better everyday, my friend. Stay safe...Love and Hugs..Nancy
