Two from One

I love poppies...the flower and the stamp.  One beautiful rubber image is Stampin' Up's "Pleasant Poppies."   However, it's a very large piece of rubber, larger than I like to work with.   After seeing a beautiful navy and kraft card by Vicki Burdick ( Sorry, but I can't find the actual post), I wanted to try something similar.  But that stamp was just too big!  Then a closer examination of the completed card showed me that only part of the image had been used.   I already had the entire image stamped and embossed, so I cut it into two pieces.  The cards below are the result.   Next time, I plan to mask off the portion that I want to leave out.
