Shimmery Perfect Pearls are Perfect!

Perfect Pearls are so much fun to use...brush them on or paint them on.  This week's Compendium of Curiosities Challenge on Linda's blog  is featuring Tim's "Ink Palette with Perfect Pearls" (p. 53).   I've chosen to create a dramatic dry-embossed black Christmas tag brushed with gold Perfect Pearls, with the Penny Black "Sparkling Christmas" image painted in purple, green, and gold and popped up with thick foam dots.
