I've used an ATC-sized collage image of a French Valentine (piddix) as the focal point of this week's Color Throwdown card, and I've popped the heart on foam dots for some dimension.
This is an unexpected combination of mid tones Evelyn, your romantic pink set against the tropical turquoise is not common, by adding the choc chip accent you bring the card together beautifully. It is a delightful card. And to answer your question, the frame on my card is from the 'fancy frames' cartridge. I will send you some. Smiles:)
