Trying some TJ techniques again

"With and Without Collage" is the name of this technique from the current Technique Junkies newsletter.  It's been awhile since I've played with the TJ techniques, and I think I might have inadvertently "modified" this one.  The tech calls for smooth cardstock, so I just flipped a piece of textured cardstock. It's still not totally smooth.

The image is from Hampton Art Stamps, and I'm working hard to use my un-inked rubber before  I go back to the "old faithfuls" in my collection.

I think this looks stunning! I sometimes wonder if I can read. I always see wonderful cards like this and have to re read my newsletter.

What a breath of fresh air to see some different stamps. This image is wonderful.
I love your textured background, it enhances the image marvellously, if it were anything else it would be too overpowering.
Smiles:)
