A new technique from Hero Arts

I love new techniques, and this one on the Hero Arts blog is a winner......if you remember all the stages!  My computer is some distance from my craft room, so I made one card and left one stage out.  It's called "Layered Stamped Background" and the tutorial is by Shari Carroll.    The horizontal card is the one missing the shadow stamping with an acrylic block.  You can see that layer in the vertical card.

Evelyn I think you are the only one that has mastered this technique with any aplomb, if you check others (flickr) including myself, the general view is that walking and swooshing is the part where colours are not true, I feel they go muddy on the clear block. many have not been happy with their results. Do you have a secret????
Your cards (2) are really wonderful.

These two cards are wonderful. I love the technique too. It gives great results. All your wonderful pieces below this post too....I am so behind on comments but I have been enjoying your work as always. Will get back to my own blog in about 2-3 weeks. Take care,

Oh yes, I remember doing this technique some time ago. Great results even without the shadow stamp on the one. Really love the first one!
