I just spent 3 hours on Tim's tag for Day 7. It's a good thing I'm not trying to do each one! My 'poinsettia' has round leaves....I'm not sure what Tim did to sharpen the leaves, but I'm happy with a red flower. My grungeboard letters were just a little too large, and I made the leaf out of a grungeboard holly branch. In fact, the flower was die cut from grungepaper that I colored with the 'original' spray wash...cranberry and bottle. The embossing isn't the 'wood' grain one, but is another Cuttlebug folder that simulates a kind of wood grain.
(Something I learned: glue guns are easy to use but the glue dries fast and it doesn't move!)

this tag is beautiful and fun. and well worth your hard work! xo.
Wow, we must have been working away at the same time! Your tag is fantastic. Tim cut each of the petals out and turned them around, that's how he got the points. I like it your way too, though. Very pretty!
How cool! Love all the textures and dimensionality!
Gosh Evelyn, you are doing better than me I have died a quick death with the Tags, I was hoping to do one today but never got there. I think your poinsettia is great, and I love the big letters. Thanks Shelly for the info re the petals, I have learnt something as well.
Smiles:)
Lovely tag :)) and as above flip the petals around to make pointy leaves

I am strugglilng to get them all done as I have so little of the ingredients needed. You have made a super job of this one and the flowr looks fine to me.
