Fabulous Fru-Fru

This card uses an unusual material called 'fru-fru.'  It's shredded iridescent/holographic acetate.   The technique can be found in the Technique Junkies Newsletter, which is definitely a worthwhile subscription.  The stamp is from Penny Black.
