Having just discovered Steff's ATC challenges last week, I gave in to another one this week: an ATC with "Hats" as the theme. My image is an old stamp from Hero Arts, which I paper-pieced and embellished with 'rain drops.' After cutting that image into an oval, I mounted it on Basic Grey paper overstamped with great descriptions of 'woman.' (I'm really having difficulty starting on my resolution to read more than I craft!)
