Freshly Made Sketch for a Fresh Start

As I mentioned in my last post, I've had difficulty getting into the card-making mood for awhile. Today had to be the day that I started up again.

For this Freshly Made Sketch 293, I leafed through some paper pads and settled on these neutral polka dots.  I had a butterfly in mind, but could find only this one with a little sea green accent. Perfect! I am sorry that I do not know the make of the sentiment; that's always a problem with my clear stamps. I lose the card with the name.

Well--your mojo is back. Love the simplicity of your cards since this makes it so elegant. I imagine with grandbaby, you can be quite busy.

I love the polka dot paper and how you've used it for this sketch. Such a pretty card! Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week!

This looks absolutely beautiful, Evelyn! The neutral polka dots are soft yet fun, and the touch of color on the butterfly and sentiment mat is just right. The sketch makes it look almost like a fancy fold. Got fancy folds on the brain currently, I guess. Wish they'd go away.
