April in Paris

It's a Frilly and Funkie challenge:  create a piece with a French theme for "April in Paris."   I chose a piece of the now-retired "Vintage Shabby" Paper Stack, of Tim's Idea-ology line.  The focal image is the Hero Arts cling stamp, "Old Writing," accented with some delicate pink flowers and a lacy edge from Funkie Junkie Boutique.  (For now, I can't see how I could add a sentiment without making it too busy.)

I'm also linking up the Funkie Junkie's Sunday Share.

Hello Evelyn
Not often do I see a shabby card from you but WOW my friend, this is just delightful, unlike me you have kept is simple, something I have difficulty in doing.
It oozes French flavours if I can say such a thing, it reminds me of Champagne; light, fresh and sweet tasting. Now there is an analogy to ponder on!!!
Beautiful card.
Smiles:)

This is simply delightful, Evelyn! Beautiful colors, wonderful script and the flowers are beautiful. Love the soft colors and really enjoy seeing the Venise lace from The Funkie Junkie Boutique. You should also share this with us at Sunday Share and maybe win a discount shopping spree at TFJB! Great to have you joining in the fun with us this week at Frilly and Funkie!

Hugs,
Linda

Evelyn, this is such a beautiful and feminine card! I love that you only used one text stamp and that was all it needed! It's perfect! Thanks for playing along with us at Frilly and Funkie!
