Black Currant

I'm a sucker when it comes to beautiful papers, and I have a stash that I will never use in a lifetime!  This is a card for my dear friend.... from the 12x12 DCWV paper pack, "Black Currant."  There's a lot of black, cream, magenta, and gray in this pack, with several metallic designs included. (The magenta doesn't photograph true to color.)     For this card, I used 3 different pieces (the main layer, trim at the bottom, the piece with the sentiment)  and I cut out the flowers from one of the pieces.   The sentiment is from Hampton Art Stamps.

Welcome to the club for paper suckers:)first we talked about stamps that have never seen ink and now our supply of paper. I love your card and just think,,,you are making more room for more paper:)

Cynthia is so funny.
These are very vintage looking papers Evelyn, I am surprised you did not make it in that genre.
What you have designed of course is up to your very high standard, and it almost gives me a feel of linen, and I don't know why!
