Unusual colors for Christmas

When Louise chose brown, yellow, and green for her "Colors of Christmas' on Tag Tuesday, I wrinkled my nose!  I'm not a fan of that palette at all...but I took the challenge.

A piece of K&Co's "Wild Saffron"  paper had all three colors, so I cut my tag from that, punched out some yellow stars, chose an SU sentiment with an extra design on it, and added some gold and green Stickles for a little shine.

That K&Co paper is perfect for this challenge and makes a wonderful background for your sentiment. And just the right amount of sparkle too!

WEll you made it look really good and I actually like what you did whit such a color combo....considering I am not fond of the three colors but I like being forced to use colors that I would not normally combine. I painted papers all shades of yellow and green last night and was so frustrated cause I now have LOTS of blue shades everywhere:) No matter what I did I could not hinder blues showing up....so I resorted to a very simple stripe ,,,which I don´t like but the tags are half done and will post them on the weekend.

Evelyn, I would have wrinkled my nose too...
However, you have made a very good job of the Tag with what you had to work with. Be proud that you faced up to the Challenge and feel good about yourself that the result is great.
Did you learn something about yourself?
Smiles:)

Really pretty tag! I definitely want to try this week's challenge, but the colors threw me off a bit too. I guess that's why it's a challenge!
