"Distress Stickles" is the Curiosity of the Week

Number 10 of Linda's "Compendium of Curiosities Challenge" is Distress Stickles. I made my first Christmas card!  Snowflakes from Tim's Grungeboard collections were covered in Faded Jeans and Broken China Distress Stickles for the 'double-decker' snowflake.  I added the little turquoise gem for more bling.   The card front is Core-dinations cardstock embossed with snowflakes and then sanded to reveal the white core.    The sentiment is from a new Christmas set at Gina K Designs.

Congrats on producing your first Christmas card for 2010!! Nice card to send people. Good idea to use the Stickles on the snowflake cutout. Keep that production line going! Denise B.

Evelyn, congratulations on the early start on the holidays! This is a beautiful card-- the Core'dinations looks fabulous with the embossing, and the blue Stickles are so perfect on the snowflake! It is, indeed, Merry and Bright!

Evelyn, I like how you can actually see your stickles, mine got lost in the photo. Great start on your Christmas cards too!
