Summer is here!

Summer took its own sweet time coming to Oregon this year;  in NE Oregon, we don't have much rain, but that was what we had most of May and most of June this year.  That....and cool temperatures.   Finally, it looks and feels like summer, and my husband and I both love the heat.  When I saw Louise's challenge for Tag Tuesday, however, nothing came to mind for me.   I made one tag of a photograph I took of coral-colored Gerbera daisies, but.....  Then I went to the internet for summer quotations, and found this one about yellow butterflies.  My tag was easy after that.  The butterflies are Hero Arts digi images printed on yellow paper and accented with gold Stickles.  Designer paper was used for the tag, sponged with some Wild Honey Distress Ink , and the sentiment was computer-generated on more yellow paper. The last step was a spritz of Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist, which is visible in close-up.

Way to go, E! See how inventive you can be when you think you don't have anything that fits the challenge. A rather neat combination of elements fits together quite nicely to show summer. Denise B.
