Color Throwdown Challenge x Two

Here's an example of a plan gone wrong!   I went to bed at midnight, after creating the first card, but I really didn't like it.  In the morning, I still felt the same way, so I dug through my cardstock again.  I don't use patterned papers very often, but I collect it!  For the second card (at the bottom)  I chose another piece of Basic Grey, this time from the "Sultry" line.  Sentiment is from Impression Obsession.

(top card) Brown, pink/white, and olive are the colors of choice in the new Color Throwdown. So often I don't seem to have the colors for the challenge.  For Challenge #81, I chose a piece of "Infuse" by Basic Grey that includes all the colors (plus terra cotta).  It's pretty simple! The sentiment is from Impression Obsession.   (click on photos for closer view)

I wish my gone wrongs looked this good. I don't see anything wrong at all.
Throw a big flower on the first one. Tada!!! Perfect!
